The role

Intake runs on quick, polite replies, and we need another organised person to help keep it that way. As a Client Intake Assistant you will answer first enquiries, collect the intake details our clients need and prepare clean handover files.

This is a communication and organising role, not a technical one. You do not need to code or use complex software — comfort with email, forms and simple online tools is what counts. If you are polite and thorough, we will teach you the rest.

It is a part-time, work-from-home role, which suits people who want steady, reliable work alongside studies or another commitment.

What you'll do

  • Answer new enquiries quickly and politely
  • Ask prepared intake questions and record the answers
  • Collect documents needed before work begins
  • Prepare short, complete handover summaries
  • Follow daily checklists so nothing sits unanswered

What we're looking for

  • Polite and clear in writing
  • Organised — you gather everything in one pass
  • Comfortable with email, forms and simple online tools
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home
  • Any exposure to customer support or admin is a plus, but not required

What we offer

  • Monthly pay in the range of ₹23,000–₹35,000 for part-time hours, depending on experience
  • Fully remote, with flexible part-time hours you can plan around
  • Structured on-the-job training with a senior coordinator
  • A clear path toward a senior client services role as you grow
